The Motor Racing Legends calendar kicked off in 2025 with the Donington Historic Festival. A beautiful spring bank holiday weekend with everything from Classic Touring Cars to Pre-war monsters. The highlight of the weekend was the much anticipated GT3 Legends series. Building from the launch event at Silverstone at the end of 2024, to the GT3 shootout at Goodwood Members’ Meeting, we finally got to see a full 30+ car grid in action.
The Ducktail team worked closely with Maxted-Page, Scott Sport, JRT and Maldon Salt Racing in GT3 Legends, as well as covering numerous other cars across other series over the weekend.
Double wins for Johnathan Mitchell’s Aston Martin V12 Vantage run by Scott Sport made for some phenomenal content and we can’t wait to see the series progress throughout the year.

After an impressive shakedown test at Goodwood 82MM, it was time for Maxted-Page’s Porsche 997 GT3 R Evo to take on a new challenge in GT3 Legends. With Lee and Adam behind the wheel the team made huge progress over the weekend, learning it’s strengths with every session and gaining time throughout the weekend. It’s always a huge pleasure working with the Maxted-Page team and we look forward to seeing their progress over the season.
